Rich, moist chocolate sponge with three layers of chocolate ganache and salted caramel sauce, covered with chocolate buttercream. Finished with dark chocolate ganache drip, dark Belgian chocolate fan dusted with gold shimmer and finished with edible 24ct gold leaf, this decadent chocolate cake really has got it all going on!
Strawberry & Prosecco
Gorgeously moist prosecco sponge with three layers of prosecco buttercream and strawberry jam covered with an ombre pink and cream prosecco buttercream….only real prosecco is used, no artificial flavourings here! This beauty is finished with dark chocolate ganache drip, dark Belgian chocolate fan and fresh strawberries dusted with gold shimmer.....the prosecco lover will seriously enjoy this cake!
Limoncello & White Chocolate
Delicious Limoncello sponge with three layers of Limoncello buttercream and zesty lemon curd, yes you’ve guessed it...only Italian Limoncello liqueur is used here! This gorgeous cake is finished with a semi-naked buttercream and white chocolate ganache drip. Belgian white chocolate fan dusted with gold shimmer and edible 24ct gold leaf.
